What you type into the enquiry form or send me by email: your name, contact details, which council wrote to you, what you received, and whatever you tell me about it, including any letter you attach.
To reply to you, to quote for the work, and to do the work if you instruct me. The legal basis is that you have asked me to, and my legitimate interest in running the practice.
The form provider that delivers your message to my inbox, and Microsoft, which runs my email. Nobody else, unless you instruct me and ask me to share it with your solicitor or the council.
Enquiries that do not become work: 12 months, then deleted. Client files: six years after the matter ends, for insurance reasons.
